Lisa Liu has a legal background and is the Regional C0-Director of OVS China. She provides personalized offshore OSSD solutions to overseas partners. She has successful and mature OSSD project operation experience and provides services to graduates of offshore campuses in China. Hundreds of students have all entered QS100 world-renowned universities.

Lisa Liu is also part of the Toronto District School Board, the largest public school board in Canada and the second largest public school board in Canada. The only direct recruitment school representative of the Peel School Board in China that has signed a strategic agreement with the world-renowned University of Toronto. She has led the chairman of the international department of the school board and OVS principal’s partner visit and enrollment in China,
