Like many athletes, David decided to come to OVS so that he could get an education while also pursuing his athletic goals. Graduating in 2023, he received high scores in all of his university level courses with OVS. We asked David to fill out a questionnaire about his time with OVS.

How has OVS prepared you for post-secondary?
It had prepared me to create my own schedule and be more resourceful and disciplined of doing my work alone.
What were your favorite parts of learning with OVS?
Doing my homework and tests whenever I could, by choosing when to do them and also having the privilege of working from anywhere on my computer.
How did your experience taking courses with OVS compare to your day school?
It was an adaptation at the start but it became an advantage when I got used to it. I was able to receive some help during post school hours and i was able to work any where at any time.
What advice would you share with students looking to take courses online?
My advice would be to become disciplined with your work and follow a schedule that works for you.
